Tips for Black and White Artwork:
For black & white -- We strongly suggest you convert any color images so you can be sure what your ad will look like without color
For best results, use 250-300 dpi (at full size)
Try to avoid blends and shading
Do not use smaller than 8pt font size
Provide a border for your ad
Our programs are 5.5'' wide by 8.5'' tall, so a typical
full page ad is 4.5'' wide by 7.75'' tall, a typical
half page ad is 4.5'' wide by 3.5'' tall, and a typical
quarter page ad is 3.25'' wide by 1.75'' tall
Advertising Deadlines:
For "Melodic Impressions" on October 21, 2023, deadline is Thursday, October 12, 2023.
For "Paris to Prague" on December 9, 2023, deadline is Thursday, November 30, 2023.
For "Passionate Perspectives" on February 17, 2024, deadline is Thursday, February 8, 2024.
For "A Premiere Fourth" on April 6, 2024, deadline is Thursday, March 28, 2024.
For "Family Concert" on May 19, 2024, deadline is Thursday, May 9, 2024.
